Everything you need to know about registering for GIACC trainings and seminars.
How do I register for a training program?
Open the Trainings page, pick a program and click
Register Now. You can register multiple participants from the same organization in one
submission. Fill in the participant details, person-in-charge information and payment method, then submit.
You will receive a confirmation email immediately with a personal link to track your registration status.
What happens after I submit my registration?
Every registration is reviewed by our training department. The typical flow is:
Submission — you receive an instant confirmation email.
Review — we verify your details and payment slip (usually within 2–3 working days).
Approval — approved participants receive an acceptance email with a calendar
invitation (.ics) attached.
After the program — your e-certificate is emailed to you directly.
You can check your current status at any time via the personal link in your confirmation email.
What payment methods are accepted?
The available payment methods are shown on the registration form. The most common method is bank
transfer — bank account details are provided once your registration is received. If you pay by
transfer, please upload your payment slip during registration (or reply to your confirmation email)
so we can match your payment faster.
Can I register a group from my organization?
Yes. The registration form supports multiple participants in a single submission under one
person-in-charge. For large groups, customized cohorts or corporate rates,
contact our training team — we
can also deliver most programs in-house at your premises.
Are the training fees HRD Corp claimable?
Claimability depends on the specific program and your organization's HRD Corp registration.
Contact us with the program
name and we will confirm the claimable status and assist with the required documentation.
How do I receive my certificate?
E-certificates are emailed to registered participants after the program. Every GIACC e-certificate
carries a unique verification code and QR code — anyone can confirm its authenticity on our
Certificate Verification page.
Can GIACC customize a program for my organization?
Yes — in-house and customized programs are one of our core services, covering topics such as
Section 17A adequate procedures, ISO 37001 readiness, corruption risk management and ethical

What is the cancellation / substitution policy?
Substitutions of participants from the same organization are generally allowed up to the program
date. For cancellations and refunds, please refer to the terms stated on the program brochure, or
reach out to the training secretariat at
secretariat@mygiacc.com.my.
